Portable propane bottles and Re-filling 101

1.  Your bottle can be refilled at a state certified recharge station like ours at "Young's Lakeshore RV Resort" or. Now the 101 lesson. Take for example your gas grill bottle a standard 20 pounder (that number represents the actual gas weight). Bring it in and we put 20 lb's of gas in it because that is what it is made to hold.
2.  Now go to any bottle exchange like the Home Supply Stores or a Quick Stop's. Take a Look at the bottom of the plastic shrink wrap they put on their bottles and see how much gas weight for that bottle is listed. These exchange bottles are supplied by bulk propane operators who only put 17.5 lb's or even as low as 15 lb's in the bottles and yes they have to I would guess by law list the gas weight in the bottle.  Our price runs within cents of the exchange prices but your getting as much 25% more gas from us.
